Studio Rules & policies
CHECK IN: 14:30 – CHECK OUT: 11:00
- No Smoking Indoors
- No Pets Allowed
- Unanounced Visitors (In case of extra visitors staying in the room overnight, the room price will change accordingly)
- All Reservations require a 30% deposit to be secured and confirmed
- Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival, deposit if fully refundable
- In case of earlier than scheduled departure, a 50% charge of the remainder period fee is charged.
- Cancellation less that 21 days prior to arrival, deposit is non-refundable
- Changes can be made up to 3 days before the arrival date for free (based on availability) and refer only to the same set of reservation days. If the change concerns a reduction in the days of the total stay, the reservation is considered a cancellation and the total payable amount of the reservation will remain the same as the original reservation.
